    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • On purchase you will be redirected to the BTS2025 Hub Page where you will find full details of the event. Including location, travel and accomodation options and the full conference agenda.

  • This page is personal to you and only you will have access to it. All ticket holders will have access to the dedicated facebook group where they can interact with their peers and prepare for the big day.

  • all sals are final, no refunds will be given. If after booking you cannot make the symposium you may transfer your ticket to another delegate subject to the following conditions being satisfied:
  • Notice must be provided by email to [email protected] at least 28 days prior to the event. There will be a £35 administration charge and we will explain to you how to pay this at the time. Transfers may not be made after that point and refunds will not be available.
  • Please include within your email the new delegate name, modality and country, full address, email address, contact number and who they are replacing.
  • We will let you know if the transfer  is possible. If you do not receive confirmation of the change it is your responsibility to check that the change has been authorised and the transfer of your place completed.
  • If it is possible, we will notify you of any changes which may be required as a result of your transfer and ask you to confirm if you would like to go ahead with the transfer.

  •  All sales are final. No refunds.

    NB: The TMJD Symposium online experience is a different product and additional add on enterprise to the in person event.

    Online and in person tickets are not interchangeable.

    If you have already purchased an in person ticket and wish to join the online expereince you must purchase an additional online experience ticket,

  • If you have purchased an online ticket and then wish to join us in person you must purchase a separate in person ticket.
  • Our rights to make changes
  • We may make minor changes to the products or services either in response to regulatory changes or changes in the law.
  • Technical adjustments may be made for example to improve the service or where there are security issues
  • Changes to symposium timings and lectures. We reserve the right to make last minute changes to the session and symposium schedule. This includes timings of sessions and speakers.
  • In the event of full cancellation of the event for any reason: We will always aim to notify you at least 6 weeks prior to the day of the event. We therefore always advise that any bookings you make for travel and accomodation be made with the option to cancel your booking if you need to. We will not be held responsible for any costs associated with cancellation of the event.
