Payment Plan Terms and ConditionsÂ

Payment Plan Terms and Conditions (Blend Therapy Training)Â
1) Who these terms apply to
These Payment Plan Terms apply when you choose a payment plan offered by Blend Therapy Training (“Blend”, “we”, “us”) for any course, programme, or training product (“Course”). By selecting a payment plan at checkout (or by making the first instalment), you agree to these terms in addition to the Course Terms shown at registration/checkout.Â
2) Your payment plan and schedule
- Your payment plan amount, number of instalments, and due dates are shown on the sales/checkout page (and/or in your portal). These form part of this agreement.
- Unless otherwise stated, instalments are due on the 1st of each month until the full Course Fee is paid.
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and that funds are available on the due date.
3) Access, attendance, and certificates
Â
- Online / blended learning: access to the online portal/materials may be granted immediately once your order is accepted.
- In-person courses: unless we agree otherwise in writing, all fees must be paid in full at least 1 month before the course start date.
- Certificates / Statements of Attainment / completion documents will not be issued until all Course Fees are paid in full, including any fees due under these terms.
4) If you miss a payment (default)
If an instalment is not received on time, we may do one or more of the following (depending on the Course type and what’s reasonable):
- Suspend your enrolment, study group access, and/or portal access until payments are brought up to date;
- Treat the full outstanding balance as immediately due and payable;
- Refer the overdue balance to a debt recovery process (see section 6).
5) Late fees and interest
- Late payment admin fee: If an instalment is not received by the due date, we may charge a ÂŁ50 administration fee to cover the reasonable costs of chasing and managing overdue payments.
- Repeated failed payments: Two failed/declined/dishonoured payments may result in removal/suspension from the Course and the remaining balance becoming immediately due.
- Interest: We may charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until paid. (We will not charge interest where it would be unlawful to do so.)
6) Debt recovery and costs
If an account remains unpaid, we may refer the debt to a collection agency or take legal action. Where permitted by law, you agree you are responsible for reasonable and evidenced costs of recovery (for example, agency fees and court fees).
7) Cancellations and refunds (important)
A) In-person courses
- If you are a consumer booking at a distance (online/phone), you may have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase, unless an exception applies.
- After any applicable cooling-off period, cancellation is governed by the Course cancellation terms provided at registration/checkout, and you may still be required to pay fees due (including the remaining balance) as set out in those terms.
B) Online and blended learning (digital content access)
- Where your Course includes digital content (online materials, downloads, portal access) supplied immediately, and you request immediate access, you acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right to cancel once access/download begins.
- Once access to the online materials has been granted (or downloading has begun), no refund is given for change of mind.
- If you cancel in circumstances where a refund is not due, the remaining balance may still be payable under the payment plan.
C) Your legal rights are not affected
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. For example, you may still have remedies if digital content/services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill, are not as described, or do not function as required under consumer law.
8) Course access period and completion deadlines
- Many Courses provide access to online materials for 12 months (unless your Course states a different period).
- If you do not complete within the access period and scheduled submission dates, no refund is available.
- We may (at our discretion) allow extended access, but we are not obliged to do so.Â
9) Assessments and late submissions
- Late submission fees may apply where stated for your Course. Where applicable, the fee is ÂŁ50 per late submission.
Â
10) Licence and acceptable use of materials
Â
- Course materials are licensed for use by one named student only. They must not be shared, resold, copied, distributed, uploaded, or adapted beyond your personal study.
- Unauthorised use may result in removal from the Course and legal action.
Â
11) Technical and platform notes
- You are responsible for your own equipment, internet access, and maintaining appropriate security (including antivirus).
- While we take reasonable steps to maintain the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your device, software, internet connection, or failure to follow provided instructions.Â
12) Accuracy of your schedule and details
It is your responsibility to check your course schedule and account details and to notify us promptly of any errors by email.
