6) Who we share personal information with
We may share personal information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as:

A) Platform provider
- Kajabi (website hosting, course delivery, forms, customer records, and analytics)

Kajabi provides information about privacy and its Data Processing Addendum/SCC approach for international transfers.

B) Payment processing
- PayPal (to process payments you make)

C) Advertising and measurement
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we use Meta Business Tools such as the Meta Pixel (and, if enabled, server-side event sharing via Kajabi using an Access Token) to measure conversions and improve advertising. Kajabi documentation describes how Pixel and related events can be configured.

Meta’s terms explain responsibilities for Business Tool Data and incorporate a Controller Addendum for certain processing.

D) Professional advisers and authorities
- professional advisers (accountants, insurers, legal advisers) where necessary
- regulators/law enforcement/courts where required by law or to protect rights and safety

We only share what is necessary and expect service providers to protect information and use it only to provide services to us.

7) International transfers
Because we work with global service providers (including Kajabi and Meta), your personal information may be transferred outside the UK and/or the EEA.

Where international transfers occur, we use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions and/or contractual protections (for example, standard contractual clauses and related UK mechanisms), as supported by our providers’ contractual terms and addenda.

8) How long we keep your information (retention)
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Typical retention periods:
- Account information: while your account is active and then for a reasonable period afterwards unless you request deletion (and we have no legal reason to keep it)
- Purchase and invoicing records: kept as required for tax/accounting and legal purposes
- Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent, or we no longer need it
- Enquiry records: kept long enough to respond and manage follow-up, then periodically reviewed
- Cookie/pixel data: retention depends on the technology used (see section 9)

9) Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
Our Kajabi-hosted website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- make the site work properly (strictly necessary cookies);
- remember preferences; and
- support measurement and advertising where enabled (for example, Meta Pixel).

Kajabi provides an overview of the cookies used on Kajabi sites to help document them for visitors.

Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to help us understand the effectiveness of our advertising, measure actions people take on our website (such as viewing a page or completing a purchase), and build audiences for ads.

Cookie consent (UK/EU)
Under UK law (PECR) and where applicable the UK GDPR/EU GDPR, non-essential cookies/pixels generally require valid consent. Tracking pixels are explicitly within the scope of storage/access technology rules.

Managing cookies
You can manage cookies by:
- using our cookie banner/settings (where provided); and/or
- adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

If you disable cookies, parts of the site may not function as intended.

We may request information to confirm your identity.

Complaints

Some US state privacy laws (including California’s) may provide additional rights, which can include the right to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data uses such as “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. California’s Attorney General guidance explains the opt-out right for “sale or sharing”.

If you want to make a request, contact [email protected].
